All orders placed before 2:00pm (AEST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@eezipool.com.au with your name and order number so we can investigate.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, that’s no problem as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can deliver to Australian P.O. Boxes using standard postal services. Delivery timeframes may vary.
