Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Hazardous materials (hazmat) such as pool chemicals

  • Subscription or repeat delivery orders

  • Sale items

  • Orders where a discount code or coupon was used

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
